Terms and Conditions ZK99 — Terms Authorised Use

ZK99 provides an online sports wagering platform, live casino, fish shooting games, bingo, and various other online entertainment. All services are subject to these terms as well as any additional terms that may be displayed in specific sections of the platform.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this agreement, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the zk99.vu website, the zk99 mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "Member" — an individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the zk99 platform.
• "Account" — a personal account registered by a member to access zk99 services.
• "Balance" — the total cash or credits available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — free credits, free cash, or other rewards granted by zk99 to members subject to specific conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — a mandatory identity verification process that members must complete before their first withdrawal is permitted.
• "Betting" — any bet or wager placed by a member on any game or sporting event on the zk99 platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To use the zk99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online betting activities.
• Never having been declared bankrupt or being in the process of bankruptcy at the time of registration.
• Not register on behalf of another individual or corporate entity without written authorisation from zk99.

3 Account Registration

The zk99 account registration process is straightforward but requires accurate and complete information. Members are required to:

• Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Use an active email address dedicated exclusively to your single zk99 account.
• Set a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Completing the email verification process within 24 hours of registration.
• Submit the required KYC documents when requested by the zk99 verification team.

Incomplete or unverified accounts may have restrictions on certain functions such as withdrawal limits, deposit limits, or access to exclusive promotions until KYC is fully completed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

ZK99 supports a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysia users, including FPX, DuitNow QR, local bank transfers, and several recognised e-wallets.

• All deposits must be made using a bank account or payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes after the request is approved by the zk99 finance team.
• The first withdrawal for each payment method requires additional verification as a standard security measure.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• ZK99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

5 Bonus & Promotions

ZK99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward our loyal members. All offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Bonus expiry periods are as stated in the respective promotion terms — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• ZK99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Members found to be abusing bonuses — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will forfeit all bonuses and may be subject to a permanent ban.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through dishonest means will result in the forfeiture of all funds in the account.

6 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the zk99 platform are subject to the following general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances explicitly stated in the rules of the respective game.
• ZK99 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect information, erroneous odds, or technical system errors.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game or sports event, zk99 will settle bets based on official results received from recognised sources.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• The use of any automation software or methods (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7 Member Conduct

All zk99 members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Directing threats, offensive language, or inappropriate content at other members or zk99 staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations through any technical means.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using the zk99 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financial fraud.
• Spreading misleading or false information about zk99 to other users.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

ZK99 values your privacy and protects your personal information using the highest security standards. The collection and use of your data is governed by the zk99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

• Your personal information is collected solely for the purposes of service provision, identity verification, and improving user experience.
• Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers with strict access controls.
• ZK99 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

A zk99 account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Upon member request — You may close your account at any time by contacting the zk99 customer support team. Eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
• Terms Violation — ZK99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates any part of these terms without prior notice.
• Fraud or Illegal Activity — Accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities will be terminated immediately and associated funds may be surrendered to the relevant authorities.
• Inactive — Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the policy displayed on the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZK99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Loss of anticipated profits, income, or winnings from betting activities.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence, such as sharing login credentials or using an unsecured device.
• Game or betting outcomes that do not favour the member — these are risks voluntarily accepted as part of betting activities.

11 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zk99 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this agreement, both parties agree to first seek resolution through voluntary negotiation and mediation.

If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by a recognised arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

12 Terms Amendment

ZK99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this website with an updated revision date.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable conditions. Your continued use of the zk99 platform after any amendment is published will be deemed as your acceptance of that amendment.
