Security questions are the first thing any savvy user should ask before installing any financial or gambling app on their phone. And the short answer is — yes, the zk99 app is built with security as a top priority, not as an afterthought.
All communication between the zk99 app and our servers is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of encryption used by major banking institutions and financial platforms in Malaysia. This means your personal information, login details, and all financial transactions are transmitted in encrypted form that cannot be read by any unauthorized third party.
In addition to data encryption, the zk99 app also features two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled via the Security menu in your account settings. Once 2FA is activated, every new login requires an additional verification code sent to your registered phone number — providing an extra layer of security that keeps your account safe even if your password is compromised.
Regarding privacy, zk99 does not share users' personal data with any third parties for advertising purposes.
